Q} Number of years as a wedding photographer? A} 6+ to be exact. However, I’ve been a photographer since high school. A handful of my photos were featured in our yearbook back in 2005. I also worked as an assistant designer for Guess in 2016. My first day on the job? Assisting a photoshoot at headquarters. This is where I get my editorial experience. I’ll have to tell you the day I was on a Vogue photoshoot in New York! Q} Have you done many weddings around 150 people? A} Yes, and this is why I work with a second photographer. There are too many details that I cannot cover on my own. Q} What is your turn around time for photos? A} 48 Hours for Previews! You’ll receive about 100 images to share right away! In 2-3 months your final gallery will be available. There’s a special gift coming your way; 1 USB drive, 8 Polaroids, 1 13X19. Q} Can we provide our own Shotlist? A} A Shotlist is expected. I highly encourage you to please trust your vendors and their expertise. A wedding is not to be treated as a photoshoot. Emotions are high and this day is sacred. To get those elevated shots, I lean into the documentary style due to its originality. We can have a “posed session” during The Couple’s hour. If both of you are as equally excited to have those posed cover shots then I’m all in! However, I can’t force or make anyone do something they don’t want to do. My questions would be, “What is a perfect amount of photography coverage to accommodate your personality? Q} Is there a back up plan in case you can’t make it to our wedding? A} This has never happened in all of my years working as a photographer. However, if my plane were to crash and I die; Yes, you will have a photographer who is as qualified as I am there! Q} Who has the rights to the photos? A} I have all the rights. My second shooter works with a dual SD slot on their camera. They keep one SD card and the other goes to me. My second photographer has the right to edit all the images taken on their camera gear as the independent contractor hired for your wedding day. However, they must credit me as the main photographer. I do not release RAW files for copyright infringement. Q} Are we allowed to print and share the photos as we wish? A} You will receive a link to your gallery with two files. 1) High Res images are great for printing on your own time 2) Web Size images are great for social media. You can customize your online gallery when sharing with friends/family.
